Achievements

EUL has undertaken the National Occupational Safety Association (NOSA) Audit to ensure safety systems to address health and safety issues at work and has been rated a 4 stars by this NOSA Audit.

EUL has surpassed the capital expenditure investment and modifications minimum obligation of US$6.8 million, as per the license and the concession agreement respectively.

Refurbishment of the Nalubaale Power plant that was built in 1950's using old technology has deteriorated. EUL has carried out comprehensive rehabilitation and refurbishment of the plant and continues to do so.
